Bread and butter pickles
Our house made pickles are crunchy and perfect to elevate that sandwich. With the zing of vinegar mellow fruit notes of mustard seeds, turmeric, fennel seeds and a slight hit of chilli flakes. Sweet and sharp makes for the perfect condiment

We make ours with a sweet pickle of vinegar and sugar to balance the peppery farm radish.
Our olives are colossal kalamata from south australia, we marinate, in a mixture of olive and vegetable oil. Pasteurized then a bounty of aroumats are added including lemon, garlic, fennel dried chilli and parsley stalks. The make for the perfect isolation snack
Farm tomato relish
Our tomatoes are grown at our farm in the southern highlands, we use the excess from summer to make our tomato relish, this sweet and sharp condiment is perfect for a steak sandwich, with poached eggs or to liven up that pasta at home
